Lecture Ingo Zander: Storm surges

Records of storm surge heights and conditions have only been kept since 1872.
Today, all protective measures
are measured against the devastating flood of that year. A stone commemorates the village of Damerow, which was washed away. The last breach occurred between Koserow and Zempin in December 1913. One of the
most severe storm surges of the century occurred in November 1995.
When will the next major flood strike?
Minimum number of participants: 5 people
