"Lars Redlich is emerging as one of this country's next great, versatile entertainers."
The Berliner Morgenpost writes about this likable all-around talent—and rightly so: After his first solo show, “Lars But Not Least!,” was celebrated by the press and audiences across Germany and honored with various prestigious awards, the Berlin native is now back with his second show:
Lars Redlich—basically the Thermomix of cabaret artists: He sings, swings,
jumps from soprano arias to hip-hop, channels the rocker and the diva, and rewrites hits like “Stairway to Heaven” or “Despacito” in a hilariously over-the-top way! His original songs showcase his imagination and magnificent sense of humor, such as the song about “Eike the Mayfly,” who can’t reproduce because one-night stands have a bad reputation even in the animal kingdom.
It’s wonderful to see how the musical star (Grease, The Rocky Horror Show, Disney in Concert, and many more) pokes fun at himself, improvises a medley of songs requested by the audience at the piano, or ponders the necessity of the five blades on his razor.
See for yourself and experience a two-hour all-out assault on your funny bone!
“Musically brilliant, hilariously funny”—Mannheimer Morgen
