KunstOffen 2026 - Experience art between the Baltic Sea and Mecklenburg Lake District From May 23 to 25, 2026, artists throughout Mecklenburg-Vorpommern will once again open their studios, workshops and galleries at Kunst:Offen. Among them in Barth: Inge Kaliska in the Lütt Stuv.
For Kunst:Offen 2026, the "lütt Stuv" studio in Barth is also opening its doors and inviting visitors to experience art in a personal atmosphere.
Artist Inge Kaliska presents her diverse works in her charming "little room", which is a studio, gallery and store in one. The lütt Stuv stands for direct encounters with the artistic process and for works with an individual signature.
The focus is on the artist's special live drawings. With a keen sense for situations and moods, she captures celebrations, encounters and everyday moments in her drawings. Spontaneous sketches give rise to expressive series, which are later brought together to form larger pictorial compositions. The works tell stories, preserve memories and give special moments a lasting form.
Another focus is on the hand-painted unique ceramic pieces. Bowls, mugs, vases and plates are decorated with humorous motifs, couple or family portraits and combine art with everyday life. Each piece is unique and bears the unmistakable signature of the artist.
During KunstOffen, the lütt Stuv is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. Visitors can view and purchase works and discuss personal commissions.
The opportunity to talk directly to the artist is particularly appealing. In a relaxed, North German atmosphere, Inge Kaliska provides insights into her working methods, her inspirations and the creation of her works.
The lütt Stuv combines coziness with creative diversity - and makes art not only visible, but tangible.
