Guided tour on the history of the house and through the current exhibition
The Kunstkaten Ahrenshoop, which opened in 1909, has the longest tradition as a gallery and event venue in the region. The current exhibition shows works by Frauke Gloyer. She studied art and free painting at the University of Fine Arts in Braunschweig. The artist has lived and worked in North Friesland since the mid-1980s. Her paintings capture the diverse moods and scenes of northern Germany in an impressive way.
