Shapes, colors, materials: In this workshop, we'll be printing, experimenting, and trying out all kinds of things!
How does an image get onto paper without a brush or a pencil? In the summer vacation program, children discover the fascinating world of printmaking: Whether it’s stamps made from everyday materials, linocuts, or monotypes, each technique brings its own surprises. What shapes does a potato leave behind? What happens when ink is printed onto foil and then pressed onto paper? Here, such questions aren’t just asked—they’re put to the test.
Over four days of classes, the children experiment with various printing techniques, colors, and materials, and at the end of each day, they take home their own freshly printed artwork. No prior experience is necessary—just curiosity.
