Raw, honest, and full of nuances: With her new concert program “Rohes Leinen,” Jule Spindler explores life in all its facets—from love and letting go, to closeness and distance, to the small absurdities of everyday life and the big questions of what it means to be human. With depth, humor, and a healthy dose of self-deprecating wit, her songs are personal and yet surprisingly relatable to us all.
Following the nomination of her debut album for the German Record Critics’ Award, Jule Spindler and her band present a new program with a signature style all its own: poetic, humorous, passionate, and wonderfully imperfect. The German-language singer-songwriter tradition meets soul, pop, and rock-inspired moments—music to listen to, empathize with, and enjoy.
