An unforgettable evening full of emotion, music and festive atmosphere! The band The Cash Experience / Johnny Cash Experience once again invites you to a special concert.
Johnny Cash Experience / The Cash Experience - these are five musicians from the Lower Rhine and the western Münsterland, who experience the zenith of their musical work with this band. They have dedicated themselves to the sound of the American country legend Johnny Cash.
The name says it all. They inspire with their authentic sound and venerably recall the legendary "Man in Black".
Marco (LOTTE) Lodemann on drums and (BIG MARK) Markus Dünkelmann on bass form the carpet of the "Boom Chicka Boom Sound" of the early Sun Records era. Olaf (MR. ST. BLUES) Hermann sets the tone with his guitars. Mark(MARK B.) Bußkönning complements the overall sound with pedal steel guitar and piano. Frontman Joe Sander floats above the moving performance with his deep bass-baritone, whose voice is very close to the original. The audience experiences a journey through the artistic work of music legend J. R. Cash.
With great passion and enthusiasm, the band performs a variety of songs by the old master of country music: from the early Sun Records era to the American Recordings, Johnny Cash's extremely successful late work and comeback.
The repertoire therefore includes many songs that stand out from country music without questioning Cash's roots.
All band members are of the opinion that those contemporaries who were not allowed to see Johnny Cash live, either because of their age or their not yet fully developed taste, should be given a chance to participate in this great music.
Endorsements from well-known instrument manufacturers, enthusiastic concertgoers and, last but not least, the release of a total of 5 CD albums paved the way for the band's musical path. After countless performances at home and abroad, the band is looking forward to further challenges.
