A man enters the stage - visibly driven by the pace of everyday life. But step by step, he leaves the hectic pace behind him and immerses himself in another world: a world of calm, repetition and inner contemplation. As the narrator, he accompanies the audience through the production, returning again and again to the words: "Once upon a time ..."
The horses create an almost meditative atmosphere with their harmonious, repetitive movements and symmetry. Their presence is both powerful and calming - they carry the audience on a silent, inner journey. A gong sets tonal accents that make the transition between tension and release palpable.
Everything comes together in the end. The recurring fragments find their resolution in a simple but profound message: once upon a time there was something wonderful and beautiful. One humanity, one earth and one love.
