Waren residents read for Waren residents for the benefit of the "KLARA" counseling center for victims of domestic violence
Winter and Christmas stories and poems, selected and recited by well-known Waren residents, can be heard at the tenth charity reading by müritz.buch and the Haus des Gastes. Get in the mood for the most wonderful time of the year and experience classics and humorous, contemplative and fairytale stories with music and candlelight, punch and cookies. The proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the "KLARA" counseling center for victims of domestic violence run by Diakonie Mecklenburg Lake District gGmbH. The head of the counseling center, Claudia Schwemer, will briefly introduce the facility on the evening and, of course, read for the audience. Also present will be the head of the city library Axel Graff, the city treasurer Matthias Mahnke, restaurateur Benno Kruse and employees from müritz.buch and the Haus des Gastes
Wolfgang Hartmann (Schwerin) will once again play Christmas music on the piano.
