Basic course for beginners, newcomers or to refresh your knowledge. Fruit tree grower André Beutler-Koch explains what to look out for, gives an overview of tools and growth laws, shows you how to prune and reveals tips and tricks.

Alt Jabel is the apple village - Jablka means apple in the Slavic languages - and there are apple trees everywhere in the village. Young, old, big, small... So it made sense to organize a pruning course here. The municipality gave us permission to prune some of the trees and now we can get started.

André Beutler-Koch is a fruit tree nurseryman and will introduce you to the subject in a theoretical part. This takes place in the warm summer house and lasts about 2 hours. Afterwards there will be a little refreshment and then you will go straight to the trees - after all, this is the best way to learn.

Dress warmly and rainproof, bring your own tools and above all: sign up! Places are limited. There may be a second course on March 1st, please let us know if you can also come on Sunday.
