culinary reading
The Art Association, in collaboration with chef Tillmann Hahn (Klostercafé), invites you to a culinary reading.
The book: “Into the Great White Open”—a road trip set against the turmoil of the pre-1968 era, traversing Europe all the way to West Africa in search of the origins of humanity.
The author, Bernd Gerstacker (Steve MacLallan), founded “most of apples,” Northern Germany’s first garage-style apple wine estate, in the early 2000s. This gave rise to the “appleslounge,” a small, elegant restaurant in the Elbe River floodplain.
The speaker: actor Jürgen Rufenach
The chef: Tillmann Hahn from Bad Doberan—what delicious creations will he come up with?
