Every substance on earth is inhabited by a mysterious force and its theme. If we grind this substance with lactose in a mortar, we enter into resonance with this moving power of the substance.
It manifests itself in the C1 on the physical level, in the C2 on the emotional level, in the C3 on the mental-mental level and in the C4 on the spiritual level. At the C4 level, we can become aware of solutions and or necessary changes on our life path. In addition, we can recognize opportunities for movement in our lives and then implement them.

My seminars focus primarily on developing our innate sensitivity. We train and refine our perceptions during the trituration process and train our clairvoyant senses.
From these events, we practise finding our creative expression and communicating and expressing ourselves through dreams, images, texts and stories.
No previous knowledge is necessary. What is needed is mindfulness, openness and a willingness to engage with yourself and your inner journey.
We need writing utensils. If you have a porcelain mortar with a diameter of around 20 cm, you can boil it in water with a pestle for 5 minutes at home and bring it with you.
