An event as part of the “Hiking Adventure Day,” featuring various tour options along the 40-kilometer loop trail in and around Neubrandenburg
For nearly 20 years, the big hiking day has been held in the fall along the Grüne Runde. This 40-kilometer loop runs through the city and briefly beyond, taking hikers through the most beautiful recreational areas and green spaces of Neubrandenburg. It passes by Lake Tollense, all of the recreational forests, and crosses through most of the city’s neighborhoods. You can start or end the hike at several public transit stops.
This year, the Hiking Day is taking place again after a one-year hiatus. Four routes ranging from 8 to 41 km in length are offered.
Different starting points, one destination! That’s the Kiosk 2000 at Reitbahnsee. Three of the trails end there; the “Lange Kanten” trail continues through the Malliner Bachtal valley and Brodaer Holz forest to the Kulturpark.
At the Kiosk 2000 open-air restaurant, you can enjoy a hot meal in a friendly atmosphere.
