This day invites you to delve deeper into the traditional healing knowledge of women's herbs and treat yourself to a soothing time-out. In a small group, we create a space for exchange, inspiration and closeness to nature.
With a herbal walk, workshop and simple recipes, you will get to know plants that strengthen body, mind and soul - for more balance, well-being and natural support in the various phases of a woman's life.
In a mindful and appreciative atmosphere, you will learn how the effects of plants can be used in a targeted way - whether for relaxation, strengthening or hormonal balance.
We start the day with a warm welcome and an introduction to our time together in nature.
Guided wild herb walk - discovering women's herbs
On an extended walk through meadows and forest edges, we encounter plants that are traditionally used to support the female body - including mugwort, yarrow and clover. You will learn how to recognize them and what significance they have in herbal medicine. Inspiring stories will stimulate your imagination and connect you not only with nature, but also with the knowledge of times gone by.
Lunch break together in the countryside
In the afternoon, we will prepare various herbal blends that are specially tailored to the needs of women, e.g. tinctures, a soothing massage oil, Oxymel, a tea blend for the menstrual cycle and menopause and much more.
You can take these products home with you - in-depth knowledge on how to use them and a detailed handout with all the recipes and impulses.
