The BLAUER VOGEL studio gallery is a lively art space that combines exhibitions, studio work and artistic education. Painting, graphics, sculpture and jewelry - experience, participate and discover. On display are works by Ute Laux, Michael Mohns, Hanning Bruhn, Josefine Reder, Ulrich Eissner and Emil Laux. Art knows no age - it connects, inspires and gives pleasure. In an open workshop atmosphere, visitors can watch Ute Laux and Michael Mohns at work, discover the exhibition, get creative themselves in workshops or take part in regular courses. Your painting is unique because you are unique. HAPPINESS is that we are alive. Light objects by Hanning Bruhn, playful, sensitive, with which we can dream ourselves back into childhood, into wonder, into ourselves. They warm our hearts. Animal bronzes by Michael Mohns, lively, full of love for nature, for creatures. People are animals too, said a child. Jewelry by Josefine Reder, art as food, chains of seeds, strung together, the seeds of nature. Whole trees, whole forests grow from them. Josefine sees nature and honors it and adorns people with its beauty. Ulrich Eisner, his busts of women tell of the sensitivity and beauty of the human figure, of vulnerability, eroticism, sensuality and joie de vivre. Emil Laux, wood sculptor, supportive and innovative, two generations that complement each other to keep art flourishing. Ute Laux, I paint because I live and best of all I live, shows a cycle of drypoint etchings, "My Love" as well as painting "In the Light" from Hiddensee, oil paint on canvas, also spatulated, "Everything Flows" and gouaches on the value of life. The shard mosaic sculptures, in every break a new beginning, underwent a process of self-discovery or as Hermann Hesse says: "In every beginning there is a magic that protects us and helps us to live".
