To mark Cemetery Day, Thomas Kühn from the Hagenow Museum will be offering a guided tour of the cemetery in Hagenow starting at 2:00 p.m. as part of the accompanying program.
This book introduces two extraordinary figures: the photographer, Hermann Wiele (1860–1924)—a hunter and writer—and the German-Baltic designer and printer Rudolf Zero (1887–1947), this exhibition presents two extraordinary figures who found their final resting place in Hagenow. Like many others, they were forced to flee during World War I and World War II due to political upheaval and military escalation. They came to Hagenow, built new lives for themselves, and spent the final years of their lives here.
The Hagenow parish is hosting Cemetery Day, offering guided tours and inviting visitors to enjoy coffee and cake.
