“Tango Deluxe” at the Grevesmühlen Excellence Concert

On Friday, July 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., the next concert in the “Grevesmühlen Excellence Concerts” series will take place in the Grevesmühlen Town Hall. Admission is free. Due to the concert’s great popularity, early seat reservations are required at info@kms-nwm.de (keyword “Exzellenzkonzerte”). Please wait for a written confirmation of your reservation.

The program is curated by particularly dedicated teachers from the district music school. Guests will experience an atmospheric journey through the world of tango, performed on piano, violin, electric bass, and accordion.

The “Grevesmühlen Excellence Concerts” are presented by the “Carl Orff” Northwest Mecklenburg District Music School and the City of Grevesmühlen. Over 100 guests regularly attend these free concerts, which have become a staple cultural event on Grevesmühlen’s calendar of events. The best ensembles, made up of students and teachers, perform. They enchant the audience with well-known, beloved, and unique pieces from classical, pop, jazz, musicals, world music, and more.

The popular series will continue in the coming school year. The Friends of the District Music School Association (“Musikschulfreunde e.V.”) thanks everyone for their donations in support of the music school’s work. The District Music School thanks all concertgoers for their years of loyalty and the many fantastic concert moments.
