Mellenthin Water Castle on Usedom invites you to a GDR "Ostalgie" evening on November 6
The Renaissance-style Mellenthin moated castle is a historic castle complex dating back to 1575 and is located in the heart of the Usedom Island Nature Park. Today, it operates as a hotel with a restaurant, café, coffee roastery, and brewery.
It’s “Ostalgisch” time at the Mellenthin Moated Castle Brewery
Musicians Tancred Schmidt and Lothar Merz, performing as the duo “Grauer November,” will play songs from the East. From “Alt wie ein Baum” to “Du hast den Farbfilm Vergessen,” well-known songs—perfect for singing along—will be performed.

A buffet featuring dishes from the good old GDR days will be served.
