Puppet theater for children aged 3 and over at the Müritzeum
Once upon a time there was a woman who had two daughters. They were both called Marie.
One was hardworking and beautiful, but the other was nasty and lazy.
The woman much preferred the lazy Marie because she was her own daughter.
The hard-working Marie had to work from dawn to dusk. One day, her spindle fell into the well and when she tried to get it out, she fell in herself and entered the wondrous realm of a strange woman...
Well-known in a new guise: written down by Grimms - served by the puppet theater "Ernst Heiter".
