A musical journey from the Baroque to the modern era: Olga Zernaieva and Vasyl Kotys will perform works ranging from Gluck to Piazzolla at the flute concert in Ahrenshoop.
Passion and virtuosity characterize the performances of the two Ukrainian soloists and enthusiastic chamber musicians, Olga Zernaieva and Vasyl Kotys. Both have performed in numerous countries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas and have won numerous prizes at international competitions and festivals. Olga Zernaieva currently teaches at the Institute for Church Music and Musicology in Greifswald, among other institutions, and Vasyl Kotys has been a lecturer in solo piano and piano concerto coaching at the Rostock University of Music and Drama since 2017. He also serves as a visiting professor at the Recanati Piano Academy in Ancona, Italy.
