Basic fitness course by the sea
From May to August, we invite you to our basic fitness course right by the beach every Monday. Under the guidance of Lisa M., you can expect a balanced workout to build strength, endurance and basic fitness - ideal for beginners and anyone who wants to get active in the fresh sea air.
The course takes place at beach access 11D and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Participation: €15 per person
Note: Registration is required. The course takes place with a minimum of 5 participants.
