The character-based nature and environmental documentary tells the story of Roushanna Gray, who gave up her office job to explore the South African kelp forest and become part of it. Together with Roushanna, viewers experience the underwater world of the Great South African Kelp Forest. She is convinced that the future of our food production lies in learning from our indigenous edible plants and algae. Together with Roushanna, the audience experiences the underwater world of the unique kelp forest and learns how it can also contribute to offsetting CO2 emissions.
