The new episode at the Pirate Action Open Air Theater
"The Flint family - once a pirate, always a pirate"
It is the year of our Lord 1708. In the last two years of world history, time seemed to have stood still in Bermuda.
Queen Anne had lost interest in the islands due to the bold action of the flint crew. There was neither a governor nor a base for the navy. The force of nature of the fire-breathing rock had shown everyone how finite their existence was. Capt'n Flint rose with a big bang to the Olympus of myths and legends. The superstition of sailors of all nations allowed only one conclusion: the devil lives in Bermuda. And the bloodcurdling cries of the Bermuda petrel supported all these thoughts.
This was a good thing for the Flint family. No one was chasing them. No one cared about their fate. They were simply there and continued to live on the islands: Silvana and the buzzard, Uncle Ben, Anne and Billy. They were once the pride of the pirate era. And today?
