The town of Pasewalk is celebrating its 775th anniversary this year—and Gut Borken is eager to mark the occasion with a very special highlight. On August 30, 2026, the Borken Estate will be transformed into a unique festival setting featuring a harvest festival and the world’s largest meadow café.
Starting at 11:00 a.m., Gut Borken invites the whole family to its big harvest festival—with free admission. Until 5:00 p.m., visitors can enjoy a colorful program featuring live music, line dancing, a kids’ play area, and medieval games—an experience for young and old alike.
With this blend of tradition, creativity, and a sense of community, Gut Borken is making a striking statement to mark the anniversary of the city of Pasewalk.
Top-notch entertainment is also guaranteed: The Rossow Shawm Band will set the musical mood, as will Leif Tennemann from NDR. The program will be rounded out by line dancing and upbeat disco hits played by the host on stage.
Additional highlights at 3:00 p.m.—the record-setting ceremony—and at 3:15 p.m.—the festive drawing of three grand prizes, conducted by Queen Luise—promise extra excitement.
