On this day we want to arrive in the here and now with eurythmy - the beautiful movement for body, soul and spirit.
The aim is to train your own attention and to come into harmony. At the same time, the exercises can stimulate and move you internally. In the shared flow of movement, you feel yourself more intensely, experience the effectiveness of rhythms and the revitalization and harmonization of spatial forms while walking. Copper rods and copper balls will be our companions in some of the exercises.
There will be several movement units per day that build on each other. In this way, at the end of the day, the renewed and intensified flow of movement can be perceived. There will be a certain familiarity through the exercises. The exercises can then be used on their own.
No prerequisites are necessary, what is helpful is the joy of movement.
About the teacher: Almut Gulba has been a eurythmist and eurythmy therapist for many years. She has given courses, taught and given artistic performances at various locations in Germany and abroad.
