Singing together, moving around, and striking up conversations
Together for (more) empathy. ❤️
In August, we commemorate the Rostock-Lichtenhagen pogrom of 1992. To mark this occasion, we want to send a message together—one of empathy, compassion, and a willingness to listen to one another and put ourselves in others’ shoes, but also to remember together and engage in dialogue. Because an empathetic society is more resilient, more innovative, and a better place to live.
August 31 | starting at 5:30 p.m.
Doberaner Platz, Rostock (at the “Empathy” memorial stele)
Together with the Choir for Diversity, we’ll sing, move, and create statements. Everyone is warmly invited—regardless of age, background, or prior experience.
Music brings people together. It creates space for encounters, exchange, and shared memories. Anyone who’d like to can draw inspiration from ideas on the topic, reflect further, and join the conversation.
Come join us and experience empathy—together.
