Duo Finesco: Temperaments
A fusion of Spanish classical music, flamenco, Argentine tango, baroque, and world music.
This is the instrumental poetry of “Duo Finesco,” featuring Juliane Winkler (violin, accordion, percussion) and Christof Schill (flamenco guitar). The two musicians have developed a unique, unmistakable style, featuring their own interpretations of Spanish classical works by Enrique Grandaos and Isaac Albéniz, flamenco pieces such as Guajira and Bulería, Argentine tango by Astor Piazzolla, as well as Baroque and world music. The music they perform touches the heart, enchants the listener, and offers moments of surprise. Their cross-genre, unifying arrangements—presented with great enthusiasm and a playful spirit of experimentation—are unforgettable and full of variety.
