During an exciting guided tour led by a certified nature and landscape guide, we’ll learn what orchard meadows are, why we need them, and we’ll get to know different types of orchard and wild fruit.
We discover all the wild fruits growing along the way: blackberries, elderberries, rowanberries, sloes... In the orchard meadow, we find a wide variety of heirloom varieties of apples, pears, and plums. Of course, we’ll taste them! And we’ll learn the difference between orchard meadows and fruit orchards, and why they’re important for our ecosystem.
