The Day of Opportunities at Leea is an open, hands-on day for all generations with creative media activities, nature experiences, a flea market and space for new ideas.
The Day of Opportunities at the Leea invites you to a varied program on Saturday, 18 October 2025, from 1 to 5 pm. Admission is free and all generations are welcome. The event creates space for people to meet, exchange ideas and try things out together. The Seeland Medienkooperative e.V. will show how creative ideas can be implemented with cameras, microphones and technology - from podcasts to stop-motion and mini-cinema. The association WISE - wild & sein e.V. takes you out into nature, opens up new perspectives on plants and animals and strengthens community with a special walk, starting at 2 pm, complemented by the Tipi der Begegnung. The popular flea market offers the opportunity to browse, swap and make sustainable discoveries, with no stall fees for private vendors. There is also room for your own ideas, as the event is deliberately designed to be open to new ideas. On this day, the Leea will become a meeting place for creative, sustainable and collaborative initiatives. The focus is on the joy of taking part and shaping a future worth living together. The Day of Opportunities is part of the state-wide World Change Weeks 2025, which have the motto "A divided world?" and invite people in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to exchange ideas and network.
