In a harmonious interplay between the Black Widow from Friedhofsgeflüster and the journalist and crime researcher Bert Lingnau, the evening will be filled with suspense, humor and shudders.
The Wismar cemetery is a fitting location for criminal stories, as the gallows once stood there, punishing many an evil doer.
The Black Widow from the 19th century tells the story of what the everyday life of an executioner was like at the original location and why the delinquent was so appealing to the people.
Journalist Bert Lingnau brings the dark and tragic life stories that have taken place around Wismar over the last five centuries into the golden evening light of the summery August sun. For 15 years, the man from Schwerin has been researching what people have experienced and suffered, what drove them and what shady, murderous and thieving thoughts they had for the whole of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. At the crime night, he will report on true crime cases from Wismar and the surrounding area - entertaining, exciting and authentic.
