Nina T. Davis combines powerful blues piano with distinctive bluesy vocals and great musical expressiveness. Her playing moves effortlessly between traditional blues, soul and boogie and gives the EB Davis Quartet its characteristic sound.
Katrina Martinez-Marrupe is a Cuban drummer and percussionist who has been at home on international stages for many years. In the EB Davis Quartet she inspires with lively playing, great energy and a fine sense for the right groove. Ben "King" Perkoff is an American saxophonist from California whose expressive solos, warm sound and infectious joy of playing characterize the ensemble's unmistakable sound. Together, the EB Davis Quartet stands for authentic, danceable blues full of groove, musical passion and intensity.
