When powerful brass sounds meet the vastness of the Baltic Sea, the best concert atmosphere is guaranteed: On May 17, 2026, the Bad Doberan Wind Orchestra will be a guest at the Meeresbrise concert series in Warnemünde.
For over five decades, the traditional ensemble has stood for lively brass music with a wide range of styles. From its roots as a youth wind orchestra, today's orchestra has developed into an integral part of the cultural landscape in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. With around 36 musicians from different generations, it combines musical experience with fresh enthusiasm.
The audience can expect a varied program: from classical marches and well-known melodies from films and musicals to modern arrangements of rock, pop and swing, the orchestra unfolds its full diversity of sound. It is not only the musical quality that is impressive, but also the palpable enthusiasm with which the musicians take their audience with them.
Whether upbeat, festive or rousing - the Bad Doberan wind orchestra knows how to create atmosphere and bring people together. The sea breeze on May 17 will be a summery sound experience between tradition and modern entertainment.
A concert evening full of energy, community and musical diversity - right by the Baltic Sea.
