Christmas is over and the New Year celebrations are just around the corner. Just the right time for a relaxed evening in the Ehm Welk House with poetry and music by Gerburg Alich and Gunnar Rieck.
Gerburg Alich will be presenting poems from her poetry collection "Zeit in Scheiben" (Time in Slices), which reflect snapshots of everyday life. Desires and aspirations, dreams and realities of life and love. Spiritual portraits as well as current topics.
Gunnar Rieck plays his own compositions on the accordion with great empathy and a gift for improvisation, transporting the audience into different musical worlds. Melancholic musette waltzes, lively Latin American tangos and swing rhythms come together. His repertoire is a lively addition to the contemplative and sensitive verses. Gerburg Alich's poetry combined with Gunnar Rieck's music lends the evening a unique atmosphere.
