A group of militant resistance fighters, known as the French 75, dedicate themselves to the fight against the reactionary establishment. In the very first scene, they free hundreds of inmates from a deportation detention center, and the office of a senator campaigning for a ban on abortion is also bombed; bank robberies keep the action going. Bob Ferguson is a rather small player in this squad, unlike his far more radical partner Perfidia Beverly Hills. But after the initial action in the ICE camp, the perfidious military macho Col. Steven Lockjaw is also obsessed with her - and when he puts her under pressure, Perfidia tries to save her skin at the expense of her comrades-in-arms and not least her own family, including her newborn baby
. Some 16 years later, Bob and teenage daughter Willa are living with a new identity in the small Californian town of Baktan Cross. Between too much pot and bouts of paranoia, he tries to protect the girl from her past. But Lockjaw is hot on their trail ...
