Concert with the Canadian Marty Hall
With his blues, roots, rock and ballads, the Canadian guitarist / singer / songwriter has developed music into his own high art form of minimalism. With thousands of performances on the greatest cultural stages in Europe and Canada, from Akureyri / Iceland to Palermo / Sicily, B.P. Club Zagreb to the Yale Club in Vancouver, La Laiterie Strasbourg via Piazza Dante Verona, numerous live radio and TV appearances, the aesthete Marty Hall is one of those musicians who manage to captivate their audience from the very first bars. He quickly rose to prominence at the end of the 1990s with the release of 3 albums under the ENJA Records label, Munich - Hansa / Sony BMG. His repertoire includes deeply emotional, original compositions such as "Precious Love", "Swirlin' Round And Round", "Center Lane", as well as very personal interpretations of 20th century blues and roots classics such as those by Willie Dixon, Freddie King, Jimmy Reed and B.B. King.
