Book reading at the Waldeck Neuroclinic

Sometimes it only takes one courageous step to turn a dream into an unforgettable adventure. Monique Rokitte - in her professional life she is head of functional diagnostics at Neurokliniken Waldeck in Schwaan - did just that: together with her husband, their two school-age children and their dog, she spent 11 months traveling through Europe in a camper van. 17 countries, impressive natural spectacles, inspiring encounters and memories for life - the Schwaan native has captured all of this in her book "Feet in the sand on every beach". But it's about more than "just" traveling: Monique Rokitte takes readers on her very personal journey to herself. On June 18 at 7 p.m., she will read from her book at the Neuroclinics Waldeck, give a short talk and take time for questions and discussions. Her message is moving: "Don't put off your dreams until tomorrow. Live them today." Tickets are available for €2 in advance at the clinic reception during opening hours (weekdays 8 am - 5 pm / weekends 1 pm - 5 pm) or at the box office.
