A Personal Visit with Art Historian Dr. Bettina Klein Following the studio talk, there will be an opportunity for conversation, a viewing of her work, and personal exchanges
The art historian lived in Japan for many years and has devoted all her passion to preserving the Hessenburg estate, home to the KRANICH MUSEUM, a “Place of Modern Art.” This year, the exhibition by Saale-based artist and “artist in residence” Elke Siml, titled “YOU ARE INVITED!”—an installation combining words and images—is on display, and of course, it’s all about the crane. What lies behind the apparent aesthetics?
Our event series: “Studio Interviews”—exclusive encounters right in the artists’ studios. Experience creative processes up close, let yourself be inspired by unique works, and immerse yourself in the world of art. These behind-the-scenes insights offer both our guests and the artists a valuable opportunity for personal exchange.
When? Wednesday, August 19, starting at 7 p.m.
Where? KRANICH MUSEUM, Dorfplatz 2, 18317 Hessenburg
After the interview, there will be time for personal conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. Let yourself be inspired by the diversity of art and become part of these special encounters!
We look forward to your visit.
