The Hans Fallada Library shows cinematic treats for the whole family every 1st Saturday from November to March. Today we follow Akiko, a baby monkey who escapes from the zoo to freedom.
Akiko is a brave monkey child with a big mission: he escapes from the zoo to find the monkeys that live in freedom in the forest. In the process, he makes many new friends, such as a raccoon, a ferret and a chameleon, who help him fulfill his mission. To free his family, he takes to the skies - in a model airplane, a balloon and even on the back of an eagle! Neither zookeeper nor police nor gravity can stop this flying monkey...
