A cozy end to the year: Medieval market with juggling, medieval music, craft demonstrations and suitable stalls with food and drink. Mulled wine party from 17.00 hrs.
In keeping with the motto "Pirates conquer Göhren", the old year is bid farewell at the open-air beach chair New Year's Eve spectacle in the Baltic resort of Göhren. Visitors embark on a journey back in time: The pirate troop fires from loud cannons, fences and celebrates with live music and juggling. There are also craftsmen, merchants and minstrels. Numerous stalls also sell what pirates and merchants have brought across the Baltic Sea. Meanwhile, you can watch the hustle and bustle and listen to stories while drinking mulled wine on the Kurplatz. On New Year's Eve, there will be a big New Year's Eve party with the band "Bos Taurus", crowned by a firework display over the pier at midnight.
