The AWO Sustainability Festival invites you to an eventful day full of ideas, creativity and encounters in the Kulturgarten Schwerin. Visitors can expect a varied program about sustainability, environmental awareness and good cooperation - with lots of hands-on activities for children, families and adults.
Look forward to children's yoga in the yurt, creative workshops, handicrafts and games, environmental games, a waste separation course and exciting audio stories about the diversity of nature. If you want to get active yourself, you can make beeswax cloths, discover plants, take part in garden tours or visit the bicycle workshop.
In addition, a mobile clothes swap, information stands and activities by regional partners will provide inspiration for sustainable living in everyday life. Culinary delights include homemade pizza from the mobile pizza oven, coffee, cakes and other treats. Live music from the band "The Check", portrait drawings and a joint art project make the festival a special experience for the whole family.
