Arts and crafts market
From September 11-13, the Old Market in the heart of Stralsund will once again be transformed into a unique showcase of traditional and contemporary arts and crafts. Visitors can expect a high-quality and extensive range of craftsmanship in the unique ambience of the historic market square. For example, the wide range of products will include fine jewelry creations and natural soaps in a variety of shapes and fragrances. Creative wood design, e.g. in the form of wall clocks, will once again be on show and, together with unique jewelry, will be looking for new owners. Seasonal knitwear, diverse children's fashions and bright ceramic flowers complete the wide range of beautiful and practical handicrafts. A rustic range of freshly baked bread, Dutch cheese, honey or smoked sausage specialties will also accompany the market. The arts and crafts market is open on Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and on Sunday from 11.30 am to 5 pm. All Stralsund residents and visitors to Stralsund are cordially invited to visit the arts and crafts market.
