Open yoga classes in the art room
Treat yourself to a special YOGA experience inspired by the current ART exhibition "The universe is a rogue" with paintings and objects by Esther Wüstenberg in the Haus des Gastes. Yoga in the art space invites you to experience movement and perception in a new way. Easy-to-perform exercises, mindful movement in dialog with the space, playful impulses for lightness and openness and time for relaxation make it possible to immerse yourself in the aura of art and creativity in an unagitated way.
No previous knowledge or special physical abilities are required - the classes are open to everyone. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats are not required.
