"From darkness to light"
There are three dark rooms in our monastery where people can retreat for a dark retreat. It is a time to withdraw into yourself, as all external stimuli are removed. Ute Laux embarked on an artistic experiment. She worked, without seeing, on etchings and drawings during a dark retreat lasting several days. As a result, new works were created in the studio under the roof of the monastery, paintings on canvas, a cycle: "Everything flows", which continues to accompany her artistic work. We meet her for an artist talk at the vernissage.
