Alino Yes Papa & Le Yes Papa Groov’ blend West African rhythms, Afrobeat, blues, and jazz into a rousing live experience full of energy, joy, and musical encounters. Together with international guest musicians, each concert creates a unique sound that bridges tradition and modernity, Africa and Europe.
The focus is on Beninese singer and guitarist Alino Yes Papa and German jazz singer Yes Mama. Their music tells stories of love, spirituality, social change, and personal growth, moving effortlessly between different languages, cultures, and musical traditions.
For the 2026 European tour, the band will be accompanied by musicians from Benin, Burkina Faso, and France. Powerful grooves, polyphonic vocals, virtuoso improvisations, and the joy of making music together turn every concert into a unique musical journey.
