Reading and live drawing for children with the well-known children's book author and illustrator Alexander Steffensmeier - 10.00 am & 4.00 pm
Tuesday, June 23, 2026, 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Ribnitz Library
Who doesn't know the funny stories about Lieselotte the cow? Since she first ambushed the letter carrier 20 years ago, the two have not only been best friends, but Lieselotte has also become the post cow. The colorful, whimsical farm with the farmer's wife and her many animal friends is her home. There is an incredible amount to discover there and it is also where Lieselotte experiences all her turbulent adventures. The crazy flock of chickens around her get up to all sorts of mischief. Her inventor, author and illustrator Alexander Steffensmeier, is paying us a visit to mark the anniversary and of course he will be telling us about Lieselotte, how she got started, how he came up with all the funny ideas and what other crazy things Lieselotte is up to. He draws live for the children and also signs autographs. You are welcome to bring along your collected Lieselotte books for a personal autograph.
