September 20 & 21, 2025, each 10:00 - 16:00, Waren (Müritz) City Library & JOO!
Every year in September, it's "Stadt Land Spielt!" all over Germany. This year, games will be played at 400 locations on the weekend of September 20/21, 2025. Anyone who wants to try out new games or simply play again has every opportunity to do so at "Stadt-Land-Spielt!".
In Waren, the AWO Kreisverband Müritz e. V. is organizing the board game days for the first time on 20 and 21 September 2025.
Registration is not necessary, everyone is welcome and admission is free. Children, families, game fans and even the curious are invited to have fun together and get in touch with each other. Volunteer supporters organize the day and help with getting started with the various games.
Fun is guaranteed, as renowned game publishers are sponsoring the event with a large selection of card, skill and party games for children, families and adults. There are also a number of games from the city library, the AWO Spieletreff and various large and action games.
"Stadt Land Spielt!" is a non-profit project that has taken place every year in mid-September since 2013. The games weekend aims to connect people across the boundaries of origin, generation, social background and physical and mental condition. The board game industry supports this project. It is thanks to the great commitment of game publishers, supporters and the participating communities, clubs and locations that these game days can be held. Together, the aim is to promote games as a cultural asset.
