The sports course for moms with children (from 1 year). The course relieves stress from everyday working life, improves fitness and strengthens your body. We offer our sports course exclusively with children, as this means that no other childcare is required. We pay attention to a child-friendly pace so that we can do all the exercises together. The regular course consists of 6 sessions of 60 minutes each.
