For the saxophone quartet "Stadtwind", three local school friends got together again in Berlin. After many years, tours and music projects, saxophonists Birgitta Flick, Juliana Kohl and Felix Falk rediscovered each other in the capital and formed the "Stadtwind" quartet together with Linda Gerull. The Berlin ensemble knows like no other how to make the unique sound of the saxophone shine in its full range. In their programs, they combine rousing jazz classics with chamber music fugues and soulful original compositions by Birgitta to create very special concert evenings.
The ensemble "Männerzeit " surprises its audience time and again with familiar and new sounds of acapella male singing from various centuries and has enjoyed great popularity in the Neubrandenburg area for years. The repertoire includes a variety of sacred and secular choral music. Pieces are sung from the Baroque to contemporary works.
"The joy of making music is friendship made audible" - this sentence stands for the joint music-making of both ensembles. Through music, they have the opportunity to share their joie de vivre and passions with a wide audience.
