The Barth Trombone Choir invites you to an evening of traditional Advent music at St. Mary’s Church in Barth.
Dr. Norbert Kleinjohann will conduct the brass ensemble. They will perform European Advent and Christmas carols as well as festive brass music. The pieces will set the mood for the Advent season while also looking ahead to the Christmas holidays. Retired Pastor Tabea Graichen will read Christmas passages.
The concert will last about an hour. St. Mary’s Church is not heated. Please dress warmly and feel free to bring a blanket.
Admission is free. As you leave, you can make a donation to the trombone choir—for example, to help with new sheet music or continuing education. The musicians look forward to seeing you.
