The 4th Craft Day at the Wolgast Coffee Mill is just around the corner. Local artisans will be on hand to showcase traditional crafts—with hands-on demonstrations and opportunities to participate—at the
Wolgast Coffee Mill. From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., visitors of all ages can experience traditional crafts up close and get involved themselves in the historic atmosphere of the 300-year-old half-timbered building with its artisan’s loft. Our diverse program offers, among other things, insights into the history of paper and soap making, basket weaving, and carpet knotting. Children can make their own jump ropes using a historic rope-making machine, and the program is rounded out by impressive demonstrations ranging from the crafting of Stone Age weapons to the art of milling.A reduced admission fee of €2 per person applies on Manufacture Day.
